Returns
As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:Your order number.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate with our delivery partner.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Poodle Talk – Credit Usage & Refund Policy
Poodle Talk provides access to interactive features through the use of digital credits.
Credit Usage
Credits are consumed as you use the Poodle Talk app features. Once credits have been used, they cannot be restored.
No Refunds on Used Credits
Due to the digital and consumable nature of credits, all purchases are final once any portion of the credits has been used. We do not offer refunds for partially or fully used credits.
Non-Working Codes
If you receive a code that does not work or cannot be redeemed, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement code at no additional cost.
Incorrect Purchases
